/castsequence macro

Post  Slawter on Mon Feb 18, 2008 9:18 pm

/castsequence reset=combat/target Amplify Curse, Curse of Agony, Corruption, Immolate

This macro utilises 1 button that, when pressed, activates all the DoT's in order. When pressed again, and DoT's that have run out will be recast.

I sometimes use Siphon Life also, however this aggros alot and tend to leave it out till i need health.

This can be used for other things such as maybe a macro to gain health quickly:

/castsequence reset=combat/target Death Coil, Siphon Life, Drain Life

NOTE: this is my personal order of perferance, if you use a different order of DoT's, then just rearrange them on the macro.

Have Fun

WARLOCK ABUSE

Post  Slawter on Fri Feb 29, 2008 10:16 pm

Do people think playing Warlocks is easy? We seem to get a lot of abuse.. i know we are slightly overpowered, but it's quite complicated all the pressing of buttons Razz
no, seriously my fingers get very tired Very Happy
It's more complicated than playing a mage, and we do less DPS, but i admit we can last longer.
i suppose we don't get as much abuse as Hunters or Fire Mages Razz

Imho, Mages are more complicated to play than a warlock. Soo sooo SOOO many buttons on a mage, all of which come in handy alot, so you don't really even get a chance to have some abalities not showing. And yes, i have played 50+ Mages and Warlocks before, found the warlock alot easier to play....Like the hunter....LAZY MANS CLASS! Very Happy hehe Smile
